Job summary

Leonardo Royal Hotel Birmingham is seeking an M&E Executive to drive hospitality business through proactive proposals and strong client relationships. You will work with a cluster of hotels, coordinating with operations to capture every detail and ensure client satisfaction.

You’ll produce contracts, issue invoices, and actively seek repeat business while enjoying special hotel room rates and staff recognition programs as part of a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Produce proposals for M&E enquiries in line with customer requests.
• Develop strong client relationships to increase enquiries and business opportunities.
• Work closely with operational teams across your cluster of hotels to ensure we capture every detail.
