Job summary

Leonardo Hotels in the United Kingdom seeks a Meetings and Events (M&E) Supervisor to keep the M&E operation running smoothly and to lead a team that delivers outstanding guest experiences at our hotels. You’ll be stepping into a busy, hands-on role with a passion for customer care.

You’ll be visible in the operation, able to multi-task, and responsible for ensuring staffing levels are adequate for upcoming events.

Qualifications

• Experience leading events teams and delivering high guest satisfaction.
• Strong communication with event organisers and hotel departments.
• Able to manage staffing levels and keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Lead the M&E operation and supervise the events team.
• Ensure guest experience is exceptional during events and meetings.
• Be hands-on and visible in the operation while multi-tasking.
• Maintain hotel facilities and equipment and coordinate with F&B when needed.

As a Meetings and Events (M&E) Supervisor, you’ll be keeping the M&E operation running like clockwork and leading your team to ensure our guests have an incredible experience with us. • Ensure that staffing levels are adequate for upcoming events
• Assisting the F&B Team whenever M&E is not busy
