Job summary

Leonardo Hotels in Milton Keynes is seeking a proactive M&E Porter to be the face of the hotel, handling setup, refresh and clear tasks for meetings and events. You will work within a vibrant M&E team to ensure guests have a first-class experience, bringing a warm personality and a can-do attitude to daily duties.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork and the ability to work alone at times, with ongoing training and clear progression opportunities within Leonardo Hotels.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a busy events environment and meet clients’ needs.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and be part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Set up, refresh and clear event rooms to the Leonardo standard.
• Assist the M&E team during events and ensure guest requirements are met.
• Welcome organisers and coordinate with guests to support successful events.

As a Meetings and Events (M&E) Porter you’ll be a face of the hotel, so we want you to bring your warm and friendly personality to work with you every day.
