Job summary

Leonardo Hotels in the United Kingdom is seeking an enthusiastic Meetings and Events (M&E) Assistant to be the welcoming face for guests and clients. You will work hands-on in the M&E department, setting up, refreshing and clearing rooms to the high Leonardo standard.

You’ll thrive in a busy events environment, communicate clearly with organisers, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure first-class guest experiences and achievement of department KPIs.

Qualifications

• Warm and friendly personality to be the face of the hotel.
• Strong communication skills to greet organisers and meet guests’ needs.

Responsibilities

As a Meetings and Events (M&E) Assistant you’ll be a face of the hotel, so we want you to bring your warm and friendly personality to work with you every day. This is a hands‑on position within the M&E department; with great attention to detail you’ll be setting up, refreshing and clearing rooms to the high Leonardo standard!
