Job summary

Leonardo Hotels is seeking an enthusiastic Meetings and Events Supervisor to lead our M&E operation and guide a busy team to deliver outstanding guest experiences. You’ll oversee event delivery, coordinate with F&B and other departments, and ensure facilities and equipment are well-maintained.

You’ll be hands-on, visible in operations, and skilled at multi-tasking and staff scheduling. We offer training, progression paths, and staff incentives across the UK & Ireland.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer care and ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with organisers and hotel departments.
• Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and multi-task in M&E operations and ensure timely delivery of events.
• Maintain hotel facilities and equipment to high standards.
• Establish relationships with event organisers and other hotel departments.
• Ensure staffing levels are adequate for upcoming events.
• Assist the F&B team when M&E is not busy.

Job description

As a Meetings and Events (M&E) Supervisor, you'll be keeping the M&E operation running like clockwork and leading your team to ensure our guests have an incredible experience with us. We set high standards for ourselves to surprise and delight our guests, so you'll need to manage the M&E operation with a passion to deliver excellent customer care.

• Be hands on and visible in the operation with the ability to lead and multi-task
• Keep the details in mind- you'll take ownership for ensuring the hotel facilities and equipment are well-maintained
• Have great communication skills - it's important to establish relationships with organisers, and other departments within the hotel!
• Ensure that staffing levels are adequate for upcoming events
• Assisting the F&B Team whenever M&E is not busy
