Job summary

Axis CLC Group is seeking an organised M&E Scheduler to support responsive gas and electrical repairs for social housing across the UK. You will be the first point of contact for tenants, log repair requests, coordinate operatives and keep stakeholders informed with clear progress updates.

This role requires excellent communication, strong administrative skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced housing environment.

Responsibilities

• Using company systems to process orders to invoice clients.
• Updating the system with all interactions with residents.
• Processing supervisory or trade reports to determine actions.
• Resolving minor complaints at call level.
• Maintaining logs and monitoring variation requests.
• Managing emails from contract mailboxes.
• Answering payment queries from subcontractors and clients.
• Working with Supervisors and trades to organise and schedule work.
• Ordering equipment needed for operatives.
• Keeping all activity logged accurately.
• Liaising with staff at customer sites with progress updates.
• Following policies relating to sustainability and environmental compliance.
• Booking and managing engineers’ diaries, including last-minute sickness.
