Job summary

Axis CLC Group is seeking an organized M&E Scheduler to support gas and electrical repairs across housing sites. You’ll be the first point of contact for tenants, logging requests, resolving queries, and coordinating operatives.

Strong admin skills and effective communication are essential in a fast‑paced social housing environment. You’ll process orders, update systems, and maintain logs while collaborating with Supervisors and trades to ensure timely, compliant service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Process orders using company systems to ensure accurate invoicing.
• Update systems with all interactions with residents and contractors.
• Process supervisory or trade reports to determine required actions.
• Resolve minor complaints at call level with professionalism.
• Maintain logs and monitor variation requests.
• Manage emails from contract mailboxes and keep correspondence current.
• Address payment queries from subcontractors and clients.
• Coordinate with Supervisors and trades to schedule work.
• Order equipment needed for operatives and manage inventories.
• Keep all activity logged accurately and up to date.
• Liaise with staff at customer sites and provide progress updates.
• Follow policies on sustainability and environmental compliance.
• Book in and manage engineers’ diaries, including last‑minute sickness.
