Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Project Engineer or Project Coordinator.
• Experience within construction or facilities management is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the requirements of assigned sections of the program.
• Monitor project progress and implement changes to maintain timelines.
• Manage master project documentation relating to cost and schedule.
• Develop and maintain safety documentation for compliance.

Skills

Strong understanding of construction methodologies

Good working knowledge of M&E installations

Ability to interpret construction drawings

Time-served apprenticeship

Education

BTEC Mechanical Engineering qualification

Electrical or construction qualification
