We are an established and growing construction business now launching a brand-new Mechanical & Electrical division. We're looking for a driven M&E Manager with a strong electrical background to lead, grow, and develop this new arm of the business.

The Role

• Leading all M&E operations from install to completion
• Managing budgets, costs, procurement, and commercial performance
• Delivering projects from an existing work stream within the construction business
• Securing additional external projects to grow the division
• Overseeing teams, subcontractors, and project delivery
• Providing technical leadership, especially on electrical systems
• Working directly with clients and representing the business professionally

• Confident in mechanical and plumbing understanding
