Job summary

Simmons & Simmons is seeking a Systems Analyst to join the IT department in Bristol. You will own day-to-day support for M&BD applications (InterAction, Introhive, Vuture) and manage integrations via Azure APIM to enhance client engagement.

You will work with Product Managers, Business Partners and Scrum Masters to translate requirements into system changes, support data quality initiatives and deliver knowledge materials for users.

Qualifications

• Experience with CRM and marketing platforms, particularly InterAction, Introhive, and Vuture.
• Experience supporting integrations and data flows between CRM systems and other platforms.
• Familiarity with Azure API Management (APIM) for secure, scalable integrations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system enhancements and new functionality.
• Knowledge of agile delivery practices, including backlog management and sprint planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support and technical ownership of M&BD applications such as InterAction, Introhive and Vuture.
• Act as primary contact for incident resolution, service requests, and change management for M&BD systems.
• Manage configurations, upgrades and vendor relationships to ensure platform stability and performance.
• Collaborate with the M&BD team to translate business requirements into system enhancements or new functionality.
• Maintain and improve integrations between M&BD systems and other platforms (Teams, InterAction, Introhive, Vuture).
• Support data quality initiatives including deduplication, enrichment and relationship mapping.
• Produce and maintain documentation, training materials and knowledge articles for end users and support teams.
• Plan and prioritise work using agile methodologies (backlog, sprints, user stories).
• Engage with stakeholders to manage expectations and gather feedback on system performance.
