Job summary

Videndum is seeking a Junior Business Analyst/Developer to join the Business Systems team for a major digital transformation across the group. The role includes day-to-day ERP support, collaborating with IT and third parties, and contributing to the future single ERP system.

The position is based in Bury St Edmunds with a hybrid work pattern (3 days in the office after training). Training will cover Mulesoft interfaces and system upgrades, with opportunities to grow in IT business systems.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and focus on right first time.
• Interest in IT Business Systems and how this supports the running of the business.
• English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier 1 support to Information Systems users and act as internal owner for third party support teams.
• Administer user accounts and perform daily system checks.
• Design, support and build interfaces between Business Systems and the Interface layer (Mulesoft).
• Document current processes and elicit requirements from stakeholders for IT projects.
• Participate in system implementations and upgrades.
