You will bridge business stakeholders, technology teams and leadership to ensure initiatives are aligned with strategic objectives and delivered in a controlled, sustainable manner.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in transformation programmes or major systems implementations.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience facilitating workshops and leading business analysis activities.
• Demonstrable process mapping and business process improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse, validate and document business requirements using appropriate techniques.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews and stakeholder sessions to understand business challenges.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Support governance, documentation and traceability across the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with programme leadership to ensure value delivery.
