Job summary

MBDA Bristol is seeking a PMO-focused professional to support the operational business by providing functional user support for MBDA's Project Management (PM) Systems.

You will assist deployment and troubleshooting of PM Systems, collaborate with business teams across MBDA, test developments to enhance capabilities and provide training to the PM Academy, helping to drive efficient delivery across projects.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to explain solutions to a wide audience.
• Motivation to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Ability to influence, work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Clear communication to foster collaborative relationships at all levels.
• Ability to prioritise workload and manage conflicting demands.
• Experience with enterprise PM systems such as SAP, Primavera, ARM, Unifier, and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional user support for MBDA PM Systems and escalate as needed.
• Support deployment and troubleshooting of PM Systems across MBDA.
• Propose and test developments to improve PM capabilities.
• Lead user communities to obtain feedback and identify enhancements.
• Provide PM Systems training to the PM Academy.
• Support transformation programmes ensuring alignment with business needs.
