Job summary

Nigel Frank International in Fareham is assisting a UK business to appoint a Business Systems & Integrations Manager who will own internal systems, applications and key integrations. This is a hands-on role focused on automation, reporting and improving critical tech platforms.

You will work across ERP/CRM and data flows, develop APIs, and extend Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Power Platform solutions. Hybrid work is offered, with 2-3 days on site in Fareham, and a clear path to lead a small team.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting and developing business-critical applications and integrations.
• Hands-on API integration experience with REST APIs and data exchanges between systems.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Power Platform (Power Apps/Power BI).
• Experience with databases, data structures and system integrations.
• Ability to review and troubleshoot existing code.
• Excellent communication to work across technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience with ERP/CRM/finance or field service systems.
• Familiarity with Sage 50, Joblogic or similar business applications.
• Experience with Power Automate and workflow automation.
• Previous responsibility for an organisation's internal business systems.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements and deliver practical technical solutions.
• Identify opportunities to modernise systems, streamline processes and improve data accuracy.

We are working with an established and growing UK business looking to appoint a Business Systems & Integrations Manager to take ownership of its internal systems, applications and business-critical integrations.

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Power Platform, particularly Power Apps and Power BI.
• Experience working with databases, data structures and system integrations.
• Ability to understand, review and troubleshoot existing code.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the confidence to take ownership of technical challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, finance or field service management systems.
• Familiarity with Sage 50, Joblogic or similar business applications.
