Job summary

Charlie Bighams is offering an entry-level IT development role focused on supporting SYSPRO ERP and integration platforms. You will learn how data moves between systems such as SYSPRO ERP, P74 Production Planning, Reflex, Indigo WMS and EDI partners, while gaining practical SQL, XML and API experience.

The role is full-time, based in London or Wells with optional home-working, under supervision from senior team members. On training completion, occasional incident support may be required.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in IT, software development and how business systems work.
• Some exposure to IT through study, work or projects.
• Basic SQL, XML or API awareness is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operation of SYSPRO ERP and integration platforms.
• Assist with supervised integration and system-development tasks.
• Follow test scripts, record results and support UAT.
• Monitor and troubleshoot daily integration processes and data errors.
• Maintain technical and user documentation; assist training material.
