Job summary

XIST4 IT Recruitment Ltd in Bristol is seeking a Business Systems Support & Data Analyst to own and improve the core business systems, data quality, and reporting. You will support colleagues, manage users and permissions, and produce clear insights from Power BI dashboards.

The role blends systems administration, data quality, and reporting with practical process improvements, and requires hands-on problem solving and effective stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Essential: Experience supporting business systems, SaaS platforms, CRM, or operational systems.
• Hands-on administration of users, permissions, configuration, and access.
• Comfortable supporting colleagues with system queries and practical problem-solving.
• Reporting or dashboard experience, ideally with Power BI or a similar tool.
• Strong written and spoken English, with the ability to explain systems, data, and processes clearly.
• Proactive and communicative, with confidence sharing reports, ideas, and recommendations.
• Able to gather practical requirements and turn them into adopted improvements.
• Process documentation skills.
• Working knowledge of GDPR and business data.
• Existing right to work in the UK.
