Job summary

Fears Watch Company is seeking a committed Watch Assembly Technician for the Operations Department. Based at our Bristol workshop, you will assemble luxury watches, manage build kits, and ensure high quality throughout the process.

You will report to the Operations Manager and contribute to stock control, QC, testing, and continuous improvement in a fast‑paced but rewarding environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Assembly Watchmaker or Repair Technician working on luxury watches.
• Impeccable attention to detail; highly organised and self‑motivated.

Responsibilities

• Timely and efficient assembly of Fears watches in line with quality standards.
• Compile build‑kits of components and record stock transfers.
• Ensure smooth assembly in line with the schedule.
• Maintain a clean, orderly workshop; keep tools and equipment maintained.
• Quality control of components and final product; keep QC failure rate under 1%.
• Test components including movement timing and water resistance.
• Final regulation of watches to match movement specifications.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by keeping aftersales return rate low.
• Follow company policies; communicate quality concerns to the Operations Team.
• Monitor spare parts inventory and stock transfers during assembly and servicing.
