Job summary

Fears Watch Company Limited in Bristol is seeking a committed Watch Assembly Technician to join the Operations team. You will assemble luxury watches, build kits, manage component stock, and perform quality control to meet demanding standards.

The role reports to the Operations Manager, requires meticulous attention to detail, dexterity with small parts, and a passion for horology. Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm, with a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Assembly Watchmaker or Repair Technician working on luxury watches is essential.
• WOSTEP / BHI diploma or certification is desirable but not essential.
• Exceptional attention to detail and dexterity with small components.

Responsibilities

• Timely and efficient assembly of watches to Fears quality standards.
• Build‑kit preparation and accurate stock transfers.
• Quality control of components and final assembly; minimize QC failures to 1%.
• Test components, regulate movements and ensure water resistance specifications.
• Maintain workshop cleanliness and proper tool maintenance.
• Communicate quality concerns and delays to the Operations Team.
