Job summary

The Fears Watch Company Limited in Bristol is seeking a committed Watch Assembly Technician to join the Operations Department. The role involves assembling watches, building component kits, managing stock, and maintaining quality control to meet strict QC targets.

You will report to the Operations Manager, work Monday–Friday 9am–6pm, with a focus on high precision, dexterity with small components, and contributing to a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience assembling and servicing watches, including movement exchanges on luxury models.
• Impeccable attention to detail and highly organised.
• Team player with strong communication and willingness to adapt.

Responsibilities

• Timely and efficient assembly of watches in line with quality standards.
• Compile build kits of components and record stock transfers.
• Maintain workshop cleanliness and ensure tools are properly maintained.
• Perform quality control on components and final assemblies.
• Carry out movement testing, water resistance testing, and final regulation.
• Monitor inventory and communicate needs to Operations Assistant.
