Qualifications

• Experience assembling luxury watches; ability to carry out movement exchanges on mechanical and quartz watches.
• Impeccable attention to detail; highly organised and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Timely and efficient assembly of watches in line with quality standards.
• Compile build-kits and manage component stock transfers.
• Ensure smooth assembly per schedule and maintain a clean, well‑maintained workshop.
• Perform quality control on components and assembled watches; minimize QC failures.
• Test movements and water resistance; regulate watches to match specifications.
• Maintain accurate stock records and communicate material needs to the Operations Manager.
