Job summary

Fears Watch Company Limited in Bristol is seeking a committed Watch Assembly Technician to join the Operations team. You will assemble watches, prepare build kits and help run the workshop, with strict quality control and stock management.

The role reports to the Operations Manager and requires meticulous attention to detail, dexterity with tiny components, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. Salary is £28–£36k with holiday and pension benefits, located at the Bristol head office.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Assembly Watchmaker or Repair Technician in luxury watches.
• Exceptional attention to detail and dexterity for small components.
• WOSTEP/BHI diploma desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Assemble Fears watches to quality standards and prepare build kits.
• Maintain workshop, stock records and component transfers during assembly.
• Perform time testing, water resistance checks and final regulation.
• Keep workshop clean and tools well maintained; ensure QC failures remain under 1%.
• Communicate quality concerns to the Operations Team and support inventory monitoring.
