Quorn Stone is seeking a Showroom Manager for our Tunbridge Wells team. You will lead a small sales team, ensure the showroom is presented to the highest standard, and deliver exceptional customer experiences from initial enquiry through to aftercare.

You will provide expert advice on product suitability and design, manage client relationships, and drive sales with a commercial mindset while maintaining gold-standard service across all showroom operations.

Formación

• Experience leading a small sales team and driving sales.
• Strong customer service, organisation and time management.
• Background in design, interiors or a creative industry.
• Proactive, hands-on in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Excellent written communication.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel occasionally.

Responsabilidades

• Lead showroom day-to-day operations and team.
• Build customer relationships from enquiry to aftercare.
• Provide product advice on suitability and design.
• Create quotations, process payments, arrange deliveries.
• Manage showroom diary and online appointments.
• Maintain showroom to the highest standard.
• Occasional travel to other showrooms and Head Office.
