Quorn Stone in Exeter is seeking a Showroom Manager to lead the new Exeter showroom this autumn. You will drive daily showroom operations, lead a small sales team, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

You will advise on product suitability and interior design, nurture client relationships from enquiry through aftercare, and ensure the showroom is presented to the highest standard. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment with a supportive team and rewarding career path.

Responsibilities

• Managing and supporting a small sales team.
• Welcoming customers into the showroom and building strong client relationships.
• Providing advice on suitability, sizing, pricing, and interiors with confidence and creativity.
• Creating quotations, processing payments, arranging deliveries, and managing after-sales service.
• Managing the showroom diary and online appointments.
• Updating the CRM system with customer information and daily activity.
• Problem solving and handling customer queries effectively.
