Job summary

Quorn Stone in Winchester is seeking a Showroom Team Leader to support the Showroom Manager and lead the showroom sales team, delivering outstanding customer service and strong commercial results.

You will manage leads, coach Sales Advisors, run showroom appointments, advise on products, quotes, invoices, payments and deliveries, while maintaining a professional showroom environment. This full-time role includes weekends on a rota.

Qualifications

• Experience working within a sales environment.
• Strong customer service skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Experience using a CRM system.

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming sales calls and managing customer enquiries.
• Making outbound calls to our customer database.
• Managing your own sales leads and customer pipeline.
• Guiding the sales team through the sales process and supporting them in closing sales.
• Conducting face-to-face showroom appointments with customers.
