Your Recruitment Coach Ltd. is seeking a Showroom Manager for a premium showroom near Tunbridge Wells, Surrey. You will lead a small sales team, advise clients on suitability and design, and manage quotations, payments and after-sales service while maintaining an exceptional customer experience.

The role requires a proactive, results-driven personality with a keen eye for interiors and high-end retail standards. Occasional travel between showroom sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and time management are essential.
• Confident communicator for face-to-face conversations with clients.
• Ability to write clear, concise emails.
• Commercially minded with a proven ability to drive sales.
• Background in design/interiors is a plus.
• Experience in high-end retail or construction environments is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day showroom operations and a small sales team.
• Welcome customers to the showroom and build relationships with clients.
• Provide advice on suitability, sizing and pricing with interior design flair.
• Create quotations, process payments, arrange deliveries and provide after-sales service.
• Maintain gold-standard customer service across all showroom operations.
• Update CRM with client information and daily activity and manage showroom diary.
