Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver elevated, personalized shopping experiences and meet store sales goals. You will work in a luxury retail environment, blending in-store service with omni-channel selling and teamwork to drive brand loyalty.

Responsibilities include building client relationships, driving cross-sell, and managing POS transactions while maintaining store standards and stockroom organization. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
• Strong English proficiency and reading of price sheets
• Experience with POS operation and mobile POS tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as brand ambassador and adhere to style standards
• Build client relationships through styling and fashion advice
• Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms
• Execute personal sales plans and meet KPIs
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales
• Maintain upbeat floor presence and adapt selling techniques to needs
• Complete daily operations (cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, merchandising)
