Key qualifications include 1+ years in sales (luxury preferred), knowledge of fashion trends, POS experience, and strong English. The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and peak periods.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Strong English proficiency and ability to read price/release sheets.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as brand ambassador and deliver elevated shopping experience.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
• Process transactions and manage after-sales activities.
