Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail preferred.
Experience with POS operation and mobile devices.
Strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador; adhere to style and service standards.
Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling; meet KPIs.
Use POS systems and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
Develop and execute personal sales plans; close sales and follow up.
