Coach, a flagship brand within the Tapestry, Inc. portfolio, seeks a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated luxury shopping experience in our store. You will meet personal and store sales goals, while supporting daily operations and omni-channel selling.

This role emphasizes brand ambassadorship, clienteling, and collaboration with the team to drive loyalty and revenue. Applicants should have 1+ years in luxury retail, strong English, and familiarity with POS systems, iPad, and mobile tools.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred); knowledge of fashion trends and competitors. A combination of education and experience will be considered
• Strong English proficiency and comfortable with clienteling and data acquisition

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and deliver elevated, personalized shopping experiences
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales
• Maintain floor energy and adapt selling techniques to business needs
• Assist with daily store operations and merchandising tasks
