Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail preferred
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer tools (iPad/laptop)
• Strong English proficiency
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold style and service standards
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations
• Utilise mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases
• Develop personal sales plans and meet KPIs
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales
• Support daily store operations and visual merchandising
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom
• Process transactions, returns and online order pickups
• Receive shipments and manage product movement
• Collaborate with teammates and participate in brand initiatives
