Coach Stores Limited is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience. You will meet personal and store sales goals while supporting daily store operations, blending luxury retail service with omni-channel selling and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue.
The role requires 1+ years in luxury retail, strong English, POS experience, and comfort with social media tools for live-stream or video demos.
Formación
- 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or similar settings.
- Education and experience may be combined as acceptable.
- Experience with POS operation and basic computing (iPad, laptop, mobile POS).
Responsabilidades
- Represent Coach as brand ambassador with styling guidance.
- Build client relationships through personalized styling and product knowledge.
- Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
- Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
- Develop personal sales plans and meet KPIs.
- Source new customers and nurture long-term relationships.
- Maintain floor standards, stock movement, and boutique operations.
