You will build client relationships, drive sales through cross-selling, use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS systems and mobile POS devices.
• Strong English proficiency; able to read price sheets.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and deliver personalized shopping experiences.
• Meet personal and store sales goals and support daily store operations.
• Develop client relationships and drive sales through cross-selling and upselling.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and foster repeat purchases.
• Maintain store standards, assist teammates, and participate in brand initiatives.
