This role blends luxury retail service, omni‑channel selling, and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue. Key responsibilities include brand representation, building lasting client relationships, and utilizing mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and drive repeat purchases.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or similar environment.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Luxury retail background and familiarity with social media/video tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
• Build client relationships through personalized styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales via cross-selling and upselling with tailored recommendations.
• Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain high energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Complete daily operations: cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, merchandising.
• Keep floor and stockroom clean, stocked, and compliant with policies.
