Job summary

Coach, a global fashion house, is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver elevated service in our UK stores under the Coach brand. You will build lasting client relationships, meet personal and store sales goals, and support daily operations while embodying the brand’s luxury standards.

You'll use iPad-based POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to drive revenue, participate in brand initiatives, and contribute to an inclusive, high-energy team environment with ongoing development

Qualifications

• 1+ years of luxury retail sales experience or equivalent.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer tools (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
• Build client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet KPIs.
• Support inventory, replenishment, and visual merchandising tasks.
