Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in the United Kingdom to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and contribute to both individual and store sales targets. You will blend luxury retail service with omni-channel selling while supporting daily store operations.

The role requires 1+ years in luxury retail or fashion-related sales, with strong English skills and the ability to work flexible hours, including peak periods and weekends.

Formación

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency, and data entry.
• Strong English proficiency; ability to read price/release sheets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
• Experience with clienteling, social media savvy, and live-stream/shopping is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor; manage multiple customers and adapt techniques.
• Complete daily tasks (cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, merchandising).
• Keep floor and stockroom organized; follow policy and asset protection procedures.
• Process transactions including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online pickups.
