Coach, a global fashion house, is seeking a Sales Associate in the United Kingdom. You will be the front-line ambassador delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience while meeting store sales goals and supporting daily operations.

The role blends luxury retail service with omni-channel selling and teamwork to drive brand loyalty and revenue. Key responsibilities include building client relationships, cross-selling, and using mobile POS and clienteling tools.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos.

Responsabilités

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product knowledge, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross‑selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor and manage multiple customers.
