Responsibilities

Lead store teams to achieve sales, profit and customer experience goals.
Identify opportunities to grow the business and improve performance.
Maintain corporate visual merchandising directives and standards for sales floor and back room.
Coordinate with the visual merchandising team for clear VM-store communication.
Collaborate with Store Manager to drive business opportunities and standards.
Ensure staff deliver high-quality customer service and build repeat customers.
Conduct regular walkthroughs and analyze product performance and inventory.
Communicate sales drivers to the Store Manager and develop action plans.
