Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in the United Kingdom to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience. You will meet personal and store sales goals while supporting daily store operations in a luxury retail setting.

In this role you will build lasting client relationships, use mobile POS and clienteling tools, and contribute to cross-channel selling. Flexibility for evenings/weekends is required and a collaborative team environment is emphasized.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or similar environment.
• Experience operating POS systems, iPad/laptop workflows and basic tech.
• Strong English proficiency; ability to communicate clearly with customers.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships and follow up to close sales.
