Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in the United Kingdom to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and support daily store operations. You will build lasting client relationships, drive sales through cross‑selling and omni‑channel initiatives, and work with the team to meet KPIs while representing the Coach brand.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of luxury retail sales experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience with POS systems, iPad/laptop, and basic product/price knowledge.
• Strong English proficiency; able to work in a fast-paced luxury environment.
• Familiarity with live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
• Build client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs and sales targets.
• Support inventory, visual merchandising, and daily store operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom.
