Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and help meet store sales goals. You will support daily operations, maintain product knowledge, and build lasting client relationships in a luxury retail environment.

The role requires 1+ years in luxury retail or fashion sales, strong English, and comfort with POS systems, iPad, and social selling tools. Flexible schedule including nights and weekends may apply.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and maintain service standards.
• Build client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and personalized recommendations.
• Use POS, clienteling tools and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs and assist on daily store operations.
