Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and help meet store sales goals. You will blend luxury retail service with omnichannel selling and strong teamwork to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

This frontline role requires passion for fashion, clienteling, and high energy on the floor, with daily operations support and adherence to brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) or equivalent education/experience
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop) and mobile POS
• Strong English proficiency
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, live-stream shopping or video demos helpful
• English proficiency adequate for EU

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers and maintain relationships to close sales.
• Maintain high energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Complete daily operations: cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, visual merchandising.
• Keep floor and stockroom clean and organized; follow policies and asset protection.
• Process transactions including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online pickups.
• Support inventory cycles and product movement.
• Assist teammates in other areas as required and foster teamwork.
• Participate in brand initiatives and training programs with an inclusive culture.
• Welcome feedback and maintain a calm, professional demeanor.
