Job summary

Coach in the United Kingdom is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience across our luxury brand. You will meet personal and store sales goals while supporting daily store operations in a fast-paced environment.

Represent Coach, build lasting client relationships, and drive sales through cross-selling, product knowledge, and social selling. You will use mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases, with a flexible

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/Laptop).
Strong English proficiency.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with live-stream shopping or social media is a plus.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
Build lasting client relationships through styling and fashion advice.
Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
Maintain a high-energy, organized selling floor and assist with stock duties.
