Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in the United Kingdom to deliver an elevated luxury shopping experience. You will meet personal and store sales goals, support daily store operations, and collaborate with a dynamic team to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and peak seasons is required. Ideal candidates have 1+ year in luxury retail, strong English communication, and comfort with POS systems, clienteling, and social media tools.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or fashion.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/Laptop).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background and clienteling/data acquisition skills preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• English proficiency for EU.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Support inventory and in-store operations as required.
