Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed personal sales targets and support store targets.
• Maintain a positive store environment through collaboration with the team.
• Attend store meetings, events and product knowledge sessions.
• Follow procedures to minimize shrink and ensure POS accuracy.
• Process all POS transactions in compliance with company standards.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and product organization.
• Assist with inbound/outbound shipments and replenishment.
• Support store maintenance and Visual Merchandising directives.
