Canada Goose is seeking a part-time Retail Operations Associate at our Bicester Village store. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining store standards.

You will support inventory, POS accuracy, and product knowledge, while collaborating with the management team to ensure a premium shopping experience. Prior luxury retail experience is valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail experience or equivalent in a customer-facing environment.
• Experience with luxury brands is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed personal sales targets and support store goals.
• Maintain a positive store environment through teamwork and communication.
• Attend store meetings and product knowledge sessions.
• Follow store procedures to minimize shrink and errors.
• Handle POS transactions in line with company standards.
• Ensure accurate inventory and accessible product placement.
• Process inbound/outbound shipments, replenishments, and returns.
• Contribute to store maintenance and cleanliness.
