Job summary

Canada Goose in London is seeking a Retail Operations Associate to support store targets, manage inventory, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced luxury setting. You will handle POS transactions, participate in product knowledge sessions, and maintain visual merchandising standards.

A minimum of 2 years in retail and luxury-brand experience is preferred; strong organizational and teamwork skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Proven track record of maintaining successful store operations.
• Experience with luxury brands in busy locations; strong organization and detail focus.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Good understanding of inventory management and POS systems; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed personal sales targets and support the store's overall target.
• Build a positive store environment through effective communication and teamwork.
• Attend store meetings and product knowledge sessions.
• Follow store procedures to minimize shrink and handle all POS transactions.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and proper product organization.
• Process inbound/outbound shipments, replenishment, and returns.
• Support store maintenance and uphold Visual Merchandising directives.
