Canada Goose is seeking a part-time Retail Operations Associate for our Bicester Village store. You will drive sales, deliver outstanding customer service, and uphold luxury brand standards in a fast-paced environment with a premium clientele.

Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer focused environment.
Good understanding of inventory management and POS systems.
Excellent communication and social skills.

Responsibilities

Achieve or exceed personal sales targets and support store targets.
Foster a positive store environment through effective communication and teamwork.
Attend store meetings, events and product knowledge sessions.
Follow store operating procedures to minimize shrink.
Handle POS transactions in line with company standards.
Maintain inventory accuracy and accessibility of products.
Process inbound and outbound shipments and replenishment.
Support maintenance of store standards and Visual Merchandise directives.
