Job summary

Canada Goose is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate at our Oxfordshire/Bicester Village location. You will drive sales, deliver exceptional service and uphold premium brand standards, with emphasis on clienteling and in-store experience.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking and a track record in luxury retail environments, plus a willingness to learn product knowledge and contribute to a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in apparel retail.
• Proven sales performance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with affluent/luxury brands in high-traffic locations is a plus.
• Strong communication, time management and team collaboration skills.
• CRM familiarity and willingness to learn store systems.

Responsibilities

• Attend store meetings and product knowledge sessions.
