Job summary

Canada Goose in Bicester Village seeks a Retail Operations Associate (full-time) to deliver outstanding customer experiences and support store function. You will help manage sales, POS transactions, inventory accuracy and upkeep of brand standards.

The role requires at least two years in retail, experience with luxury brands, strong organization and communication, and the ability to work quickly in a team. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and POS systems is a plus; multilingual skills are desirable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Experience with affluent and luxury brands in high-traffic locations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word/Excel).

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed personal sales targets and support the store's overall target.
• Build a positive store environment through effective communication and collaboration with the management team.
• Attend and participate in all store meetings, events and product knowledge sessions.
• Follow store operating procedures to minimize shrink.
• Handle all POS transactions in compliance with company standards.
• Ensure accuracy in inventory and accessible product organization.
• Process inbound and outbound shipments, replenishment, damages, RTV, etc.
• Assist with upkeep of store maintenance and visual standards.
• Maintain Visual Merchandise directives.
