Job summary

Canada Goose is seeking a Retail Operations Associate for a full-time role in the Oxfordshire area. The position supports delivering outstanding customer experiences, handles POS transactions, and ensures accurate inventory control while upholding the brand’s high standards.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of retail experience.
Experience working with luxury or affluent brands is a plus.
Strong organization and attention to detail.
Proficient with inventory management and POS systems.
Good communication and social skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

Achieve or exceed personal sales targets and support overall store targets.
Build a positive store environment through effective communication and teamwork.
Attend all store meetings, events and product knowledge sessions.
Follow store operating procedures to minimize shrink.
Handle POS transactions in line with company standards.
Maintain inventory accuracy and easy access to products.
Process inbound/outbound shipments, replenishment, and returns.
Support store upkeep and visual merchandise standards.
